We look forward to welcoming you to Tattu Dubai. Please review our policies before you visit so we can ensure your experience is one to remember.
  • Deposit & Pre-payment
    • A deposit of AED 250 per guest is required for semi-private bookings of 8+ guests.
    • For exclusive hire, 50% of the minimum spend is required in advance to confirm the booking.
    • Advance payment may apply on peak or special dates.
  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a AED 100 per person charge.

  • Group Bookings & Private Events

    Groups of 8 or more will enjoy our curated sharing menus, unless pre-approved by management.
    Minimum spend applies for semi-private and private bookings, tailored to time and season.
    Groups of 8+ (semi private) 250 AED pp deposit upon booking.
    For exclusive hire, 50% of the minimum spend is required in advance to confirm the booking.

  • Accessibility

    The venue is fully accessible. Please inform us in advance for tailored seating arrangements.

  • Parking

    Valet parking is available free of charge.

  • Age Restrictions

    Children are welcome until 9pm and must be counted in the total guest number.
    Please note we do not offer a children’s menu.
    Guests must be 21+ for New Year’s Eve and other select occasions.

  • Dress Code

    Dress code is smart elegant: beachwear, athletic shoes, flip-flops and sportswear are not permitted. Local attire welcomed until 9pm.
    Final entry is at the discretion of management.

  • Smoking Policy

    Smoking is permitted on the terrace in designated areas only.

  • Photography & Drones

    Personal photography is welcome. Drones and professional equipment are not permitted without prior approval.

  • Pet Policy

    Kindly note that pets are not permitted across all areas.
